I have been following the Browns of late and it seems their 1 weakness is O-line. I could see trading Lane Taylor for 1 of their 2 4th rounders next year. Seems like fair compensation for a starting caliber guard on the last year of his contract.

I really hope we don’t do that.
We’re trying to win a Super Bowl before Rodgers gets a lot older and it makes little sense to get rid of a good player in exchange for somebody who MIGHT be good in a couple of years.
If Taylor doesn’t hold onto his starting gig, he’s at least a very good backup. That’s a good thing to have if you’re trying to make the playoffs.
My 46.
Rodgers Boyle
Adams. Allison. MSV. Kumerow. Davis. Shepherd on the 53
Graham. Lewis. Tonyan. Sternberger on the 53.
Williams, Jones, Carson, Vitale.
Bakhtiari Taylor. Linsley. Turner. Bulaga. Jenkins. McCray.
That’s 21.
Defense: Clark. Lowry. Adams. Lancaster, Keke. Fadol on 53
Martinez, Summers, Bolton, Burks
Smith, Smith. Gary. Fackrell
Amos. Savage. Greene. Willams.
Alexander, King, Brown , Jackson.
That’s 21.
Room for one more.

Yes I think you are right best keep Taylor in town. The more starting caliber offensive linemen the better. I disagree with most people and think barring a trade they keep the 3 QBs. While Kizer has not played well he has more value than another bottom of the roster player such as Carson or Lazard, IMO.

With Gilbert gone, I think we use that spot to keep an extra offensive player. I had 25 and 25 but now I see 26 and 24 while putting guys like Bolton on ir and Campbell on pup. I guess Carson can be rb 5 now (incl fb). I still only have 6 wr and 2 qb.
