Supposedly he's been hired according to profootballrumors.com.
They must have promised him support in terms of players.

Per a published report Rich Bisaccia is expected to be announced as the Packers' new Special Teams coach.
That is great news, not only the hiring of a proven, successful ST coach but a coach who by all accounts is well liked and respected by his players.
A proven veteran coach who is competent, experienced and successful is a great addition to the Packers!
