I like the Derrick Harmon pick for lots of reasons. One reason, not mentioned here, is that we need to look for Kenny Clark's eventual replacement. Harmon fits the bill for that.

If Derrick Harmon is super good at football, count me in.

Some view Harmon- as a 1 year wonder.
Upgrade- I'd take EgBuka and not over- pay
the current Wrs.

do "some" view him that way? are "some" available for comment? Oregon was a damn good football team, and that coach is a defensive wizard. if Harmon is good enough to star for Oregon, I assure you he's NFL ready.

Great Mock.
If Edges Pearce or Stewart were still on the board I wold have went there. Also, would have loved it if WR Golden would have been there. McMillan would be tempting. That narrows it down to CB or defensive tackle. Passing up Barron at CB might be a be a mistake value speaking.
On the other hand if DT Harmon was still there; it is certainly a sound pick and would be happy to see him starting. It would definitely help our pass rush and he would not be available in the second round. Great pick!
The draft could unfold differently and Gute will have to act accordingly. I am confident we will get a good player at 23. I see no reason to trade up or down with the current scenario.
