I'll say it again: last season I said #11 should be who JL10 always looks to first. Good things happen when you give him the ball, and he's open more often than anyone. That doesn't have to mean he's "WR1" either, just that when you have to get the ball out quickly because our O line is allowing too much pressure, this offense can still work that way.
Of course you still want plays designed to go to someone else, and of course #9 should be fed down field whenever you can. And of course it sucks that #9 is down with a high ankle sprain. Of course we want Dontayvian Wicks to get healthy and recover from his case of dropsy. Of course we want Romeo coming through for us too. I still say #80 should substitute for #9 when Christian is out for any reason, if only to keep JL10 in tune with that much speed; when #9 has come back JL10 hasn't been able to throw to him well right away, which I attribute to his running being so different from everyone else. Even though #11 has almost as much speed he's just not used on the same type of routes, which is ok IF you have #80 fill that role.
And Malik Heath might still emerge as our version of Deebo Samuel? Even after losing Grant DuBose and Simore Toure, our WR room still has enough depth to make your head spin! Plus 2 great targets at TE, and #8 still needing to be thrown to more.
While an ugly loss to the purple pants wearing queens, what me worry? I still think this offense can be dominant, and want to see not just a championship but a DYNASTY.

Heath is nothing like the athlete that Samuel is. Great change of direction and explosion, noticeably faster (half a second). Heath has good size and is willing to be physical but is nowhere near the athlete.

I had a bunch of friends over for the past game. They said I reminded them of #11 when I played WIAA 11 man.
Full disclosure: I don't have a bunch of friends...just maybe one or two who remind me we are friends a couple weeks before Christmas.
I played every play of the game. Was DB, Flanker and was gunner on both punt and kickoff units. Was kick and punt retunner as well. Yep, I was something until I wasn't.
I am just sharing this with you all because my opinion may carry more weight and I feel my perspective translates well to the NFL.
Feel free to ask any questions. But, don't take it personal if I don't get to you right away. There may be several hundreds in the que already ahead of you.
Peace, and love yourself so you can learn to maybe love others.

Jayden Reed is awesome and can pretty much do it all. I'm with you on that. Really like Jayden Reed myself.
You think that Jayden Reed can kick? Maybe?

He can kick it AND return his own kick!
