Matt and Paul are willing to give a failed ST coach another chance when he has been nothing but a failure for years. I think it is unfair to the fans and the players. Drayton has done absolutely nothing to justify retaining his position.

I have no problem with GB demoting him, but not bringing in someone from the outside would be a failure...i dont know how you can even spin that.

Special Teams is a Plane wreck. If Drayton is not the problem then there are some serious issues with everyone else on that unit and the Head Coach.Don't throw good money after bad. Spend some money; get in a serious Special Teams co-ordinator and get him to pick his staff.
I like the idea of Adam Stenavich being promoted to O.C. as he will have a different emphasis which will freshen things up.
