I have read the Bull$hit about GBs supposed interest in Anthony Richardson and it's not worth talking about.

The Gary trade is a phenomenal result for GB, especially after his goodbye tweet. The only way it would have been better is if the pick was for 2026.

We still have needs and NT is one of them. The latest "For Sure" articles are saying Calais Campbell to GB with a projected price of $10 million. I would be thrilled if we got Campbell but that price is pretty high for this late in free agency. The other DT rumor is very interesting, Christian Wilkins wants to play again. Now, if he is healthy, and even if the price was that $10 million projected for Campbell, Wilkins was 1 of the best game wrecking DTs in the league. Again if healthy, and the price was right, we would have a Top 5 D-line in the NFL.

An article on Heavy.com Packers was about GB's manufactured need @ RB. A self inflicted wound by not resigning Wilson. The article suggested signing Brian Robinson-RB-49ers, who is projected to get $3 million annually. I have floated Antonio Gibson-RB-Patriots, projected $1.1 million. Neither would cost a comp pick, I will take the cheaper guy but they are both pretty good.

Gibson misses more time injured than he plays. Talented? Yes. Dependable? No.

For your info gsd3, Gibson was hurt last year after playing 5 games. In the previous 5 seasons he missed a total of 7 games out of 85. For any NFL player that is pretty damn good. For a running back, that is phenominal. I like him because he above average at running & catching the ball, and blocking. And he will get veteran minimum salary.

If worst comes to worst, Strong isn't bad and he is already on the squad.

I like Strong as well. Other than blocking he is a complete RB, blocking can be taught. He also ran in the 4.3s at the combine.

Heavy.com ? Seriously?

Those are almost kinda sorta, sorta kinda like AI written articles. I don't know if I'd waste too much time on Heavy. Just sayin"

Gibson, he's interesting. I remember when he was coming out of the draft I thought GB could take a mid round flyer on him. Seemed to have good all around skill sets and had decent hands for receiving as well. But hey, Marshawn Lloyd is coming back, again. Haven't ya heard?

And, Just who is the starting QB when the inevitable injury to Love occurs? With our questionable O-line we could really use a back up QB with excellent running and scrambling ability to move the ball. The loss to Malik was huge.

Why wouldn't we have resigned Rasheed Walker for only $4 million dollars? And trade him in season for a 3rd, 4th, or 5th round pick.

Probably because absolutely no one thought he could be had for that.
