Unless Monk has made a big jump, resign the center Josh Rhyan. Seems like he finally found a good fit, and he can play OG as well. Any other FA will cost as much and we don't need a 5th round pick that won't play.
I would try to resign Diggs on a prove it deal under $5 million.
