It's simple,without 2 yrs of MVP AR Gute & Lafleur are slightly above 500 without the expanded playoffs GB wouldn't be in the playoffs the whole thing is slightly above MEH.There is certainly good talent on the roster but also lots of holes starting at the top.I don't understand those that sing the praises of Gute & MLF & say well at least we're not Cleveland.I want a legit shot at a SB not just being better than the bottom.

Gute should have been gone years ago. Aaron Rodgers even said it when he left the Packers with Gute as your GM the team is going no where. To many misses in the draft and poor free agents acquisitions. Obtaining Parsons was to little to late... Gute is gone...

Until GB media can objectively discuss the lack of a CB room, extremely weak DL/OL, lack of depth & who built them it is so much easier to pin all of the blame on two people,-Hafley/MLF.
This is a communal problem, though I would not include Hafley.
Parson's injury re-exposed the weak DL/CB-room-why can't we discuss this situation honestly?

Andy is a genuine Packer fan and more willing than most of the Amen Corner folks who cover the Packers to point out the deficiencies of Packer (a) players and (b) coaches …. but only below the level of head coach.
However, like all those who cover the Pack and wish to remain in good graces with those in charge over at 1265 Lombardi, he consciously refuses to critique the GM or Head Coach in a meaningful way and instead resorts to puffery, excuse-making, and deflection when faced with uncomfortable truths like no NFC North Titles and nothing higher than a 7th seed the past 4 seasons and no trips to the Super Bowl as we get set for years 8 & 9 for the coach and GM in Green Bay. Today’s episode is an example of this reality.
I‘d bet Andy already has his 10 reasons Gutey & LaFleur deserved their upcoming contract extensions episode ready to go.
Can you imagine Andy doing an episode on the hollowness of Gutey’s declaration last January about the need to ramp up the urgency and actually compete for championships? Neither can I.

I get it. Andy and/or other Packer reporters would need to distance themselves geographically, giving up family, friends, losing access to perks like the Press Box and other goodies.
But...there is a real story here, there has been an 8-yr reign of dishonesty, a weakening of the foundation of the once-storied Packers by a few men who lack integrity and put the fear of God into anyone who calls them out in the smallest degree. I am only a fan/poster and I have been attacked, slandered, roughed-up by the same hired guns-(7-8 ruthless but loser,beta males).
I'm certain you have had your fair share of abuse.
National media is not allowed into the inner realm so they pat GB on the head and praise their 'stability'

No problem 13, I just dislike posts like yours that mock potential mental health issues of other posters.
To further expound,, just because you appear to be the type of fan who would gladly spend all night outside 1265 Lombardi before facilitating an early morning enema for your heroes Gute and MLF, I would never resort to questioning your sanity. Indeed, not for one second do I believe your undying devotion to everything and anything Packer management does or does not do renders you medically or mentally incompetent, it just makes you a prototypical brown-noser.
Anyway, go right ahead and continue to fawn over everything relating to Gutey and MLF but perhaps pause and consider refraining from questioning the mental stability of those who do not share your uncritical adulation.

And seeing as how you've been so kind to offer me helpful tips, I have one for you. Instead of just showing up here to complain after a loss, how about showing up with some encouragement after a win. It's really not that hard. You might even learn to like it.

Once you cease your incessant mocking & disparaging of posters who do not share your unyielding fealty to the current GM & coach as mentally or physically disabled, I promise to order a pair of green & gold pom poms & cheer nearly as loudly as yourself over 2nd or 3rd place finishes in the NFC North.

Last year they gave me season tickets. The seats weren't great, so this year they upgraded me to a luxury box. Pretty sweet!

Not sure if he can fix it? But, I do have theory which is unsubstantiated. Now, I am super sensitive and respect people that aint inhibited in showing their true emotions....
My thought is, someone should take away the book Old Yeller from Coach LaF. At the very least, dont let him reread the book (definitely not the final chapter) before he does a presser after the game.
Just seeing what I can do to help since I am Part Owner first, and Fan second.

Can MLF “ fix “ the Packers ? Nope I think he’s 1/2 the problem . Well 1/3 if you count injuries . He was great when he had a HOF QB . But AR changed a lot of the play calls at the LOS . Watching the Seahawks last night winning the top seed made me think of two things . How far the Packers have to go to be a really good team . And why did we let JS leave . The dude can build a team ! All of our comments mean nothing . After reading Policy comments he will retain both Gute and MLF . They will either dig their way out of this mess or convince everyone what a mistake it was to retain them .
