MM hated Free Agency.
And it will compromise a Coach.
Truthfully;
it can alter an organization’s values and beliefs.
I Get you want to pay the stars.
But what about the lunch pail players.
That put in the hard work and got the shaft.
Roster building can alter team chemistry.
Gute has shown Increased Coercive.
Your not going to get Lombardi no matter
how much you dream.
The rebuild never ends with this GM.
And the wait has been to long.
