I'll admit that I didn't listen to this, but is this team's issues so bad it needs a 12-step program.

#12 team identity HAS TO BE protect JL10 and have him throw all over the yard. It's the only thing you've done well and now without a TE that can block you need 6 O linemen, you should be able to give him time for developing plays. Obviously it'd be better if he stopped making bad decisions, but those have come under duress, protect him and that should solve it.

Obviously we want blocking to be so effective that #8 can consistently run effectively too, and maybe that even happens? Restoring balance to this offense will of course be significant to do well in the playoffs, but let's see that actually happen before game planning for it. I love our RB room, they're not the problem.

I like this: cut and dry and solutions that make a lot of sense.

I agree with everything Andy said. It was brave to say it too.
So much of it is relatively easy but I would be very surprised if GB will put this into action.
I think many of us wish we could go over there are straighten them out.
I can't believe Stenavich hasn't already taken over the OL-the 'ship is sinking boys.'--don't think urgency is a GB trait.
