Fans never want to talk about growing pains but they happen. How many times have we seen a rookie or 1st year starter break out only to look a little more pedestrian the following year? As Andy states there was no pressure last year and after a rocky start there was really none at the end of the year and teams may have started to over look them. This year the pressure will be there from day 1. Fans will expect playoffs and the fans today don't have a lot of patience. Many of these rookies have been reading their clippings and have had their 1st off season with NFL money (with NIL money this won't be as much of an issue).
All the 1st time starters will have to prepare for being played differently by their opponents. Everything they did last year will be combed over by people who make a small fortune at exploiting weaknesses. The roster has talent but we see teams take a step back before taking a step forward again. I hope they pick up right where they left off but lots has to go right in order for that to happen. Patience could very well be needed like last year.

The roulette wheel better not land on 29, McKinney, either.
