For a first time head coach to have an 80 % win record after 10 games is outstanding!
Grade A to date.
MLF had to develop a working relationship with an established HOF quality quarterback and also institute his vision for a serious running game as part of the offense. It's working well.
There are obvious aspects of the offense, defense and special teams that are in need of improvement, however at 8 and 2 and a 2 week time frame in which to address issues the Packers should improve going into the final 6 and likely more games that remain in their season.
MLF no doubt will work with his assistant coaches during the bye to improve their unit's performances and do expect to see a strong finish to the season.
If , as the old adage says ," you are what your record says you are " then MLF is outstanding.
