Is it possible this promotion was for janis being used on kickoff returns as an insurance policy? I mean other than boykin's injury, which is probably pretty bad, was this move made to make sure we can run a 4 wide set if janis got injured on a return? It would make sense for this week to be the week he gets an opportunity to take over in the return game, with the extra time between games.
