LB James Harrison Returns to the Steelers

Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison has rejoined the team this morning, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Harrison said he was contemplating retirement following the NFL fining him $75,000 for his hit on Cleveland Browns wide receiver Mohammed Massaquoi on Sunday.

Harrison had a private meeting with Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin on Wednesday, after which Tomlin excused Harrison from that day's practice and meetings. Tomlin expected Harrison to return today.

"We had a meeting this morning, he (Harrison) and I did. It was a very productive one," Tomlin said on Wednesday. "I thought part of being productive and moving forward was excusing him for today and coming back starting new tomorrow."
