Green Bay Packers linebacker Sam Barrington was the guest on Sunday Sports Night Cover 2 on WBAY in Green Bay.

I initially though waiting was a bad idea when I first heard it. But now that I think on it, it is really smart.
1. like Barrington said, it will be fresh when they practice.
2. Having guys who are chomping at the bit to get out of town for bye week review the film of their ass whopping sounds sub-optimal.

Brilliant. It' a great way to allow team to get the most out of it as well because they had time to allow emotions and frustration to dissipate and they will have clearer heads when they look at tape on Monday.

The problem is that the things they need to fix will always be fresh because they are the same things for the last umteen years.

Actions speak louder than words. Nobody is convinced that anything is going to be fixed until we actually see consistency. Barrington can start by playing better than Hawk has.
