Listening music while you are performing some work is good. But https://topaussiereviews.com/aussiewriter-review/ doctors said that high volume and more usage of these waves are dangerous for heart. They weaken your heart muscles. And can lead you to the death door step. So always use them with care or one should stop using them.

I'm placing $2 to win on Kris Richard as the new DC. He's relatively young (MLFs age) but experienced (an architect of Seattle's Legion of Boom and DC) and is familiar with the Dan Quinn school of defensive football. But, perhaps, most importantly, he was let go by Mike McCarthy as the Cowboys defensive and passing co-ordinator - in favor of Mike Nolan - fired after the Cowboys allowed the most points in franchise history (473) and finished 31st in the league in run defense. Remember when McCarthy thought that Alex Smith would be a better nfl quarterback than A.R. ?

I agree he'd be a good choice. He'd let guys line up and play. Everyone was baffled when Pete Carroll let Kris Richard go. He did a nice job in Dallas too but Mike didn't learn his lesson about his buddy system.

I'm betting they pick someone already on the staff because they have no money to intice a real defensive coach. They want to save as much money as they can, thats what Murphys job is and always has been, trying to get buy with as little spending as possible.

Thanks for the link - one statement stood out for me - "Among the reasons bandied about is that Richard might have been calling the game more aggressively than Carroll prefers. " Shouldn't that be a valued trait for any defense and DC?
Also Richard would be a minority hire for a top position.

I say the cheap ass Pack will pick someone on the staff and nothing changes, the d is SNAFU again next season, but hey look at the money they will save.
Just think how much they saved this season during the playoffs with undrafteds Redmond and Sullivan, and an over rated King playing. Wow those green bucks just keep building dont they.
This is not about football in GB, its about how much can we get away with using undrafteds and milking the Rodgers to Adams scheme

First - coaches salaries do not count against the salary cap.
Secondly - the Packers are a financially-sound and well-managed team
Thirdly - the Packers are presently to the cap, so they are spending to remain competitive.
