Your standards are really strange. Josh Jones doesn't get an F as a 2nd Rounder because he contributed in one game, but Vince Biegel gets an F despite playing in 9 games, getting 3 stuffs, and having 16 total tackles as a 4th Rounder. Kofi Amichia then gets a B despite providing literally nothing to the Packers, and no, he didn't even make the roster cuts. He's with the 49ers now btw.
I think Aaron Jones really saves the 2017 NFL Draft for the Packers. Every Draft basically needs 1 stud, 1 backup player and then 1-2 contributors on ST's or rotational players. This gives you 10 studs, 10 backups and 10-20 contributors over 10 years. The stud is Aaron Jones, the depth player is Kevin King and I'll throw in Jamaal Williams, and then the contributor is Montravious Adams. It's really not a terrible Draft, although it is one where the stud we got was at RB and will have a shorter career with the Packers.
