I’d start with LaFleur. He hired and retained Barry and has to show that he can run an offense now he has a free hand as well. This is the year that we find out if he’s for real as an offensive mind and capable of evaluating and managing a coaching staff. I’d also add Butkus as a guy who needs to be much better.

Agree, the only significant performance improvement of the coaching staff last year was turned in by Rich Bisaccia ST. The rest should not feel comfortable in their chairs.

I wouldn't cry if RB becomes HC and both JB and MLF are replaced. I'd much rather see MLF become effective and learn what an in game adjustment is for a change.

If JB proves his worth it'd be a miracle; hopefully RB keeps his ineptitude from destroying another season.

All that is completely separate skills from making the most of the off-season. Done right this can be HUGE!

Cold
I totally agree with you and your logic. However, we both know what scapegoats are as well as how GB works. If the D struggles, it will be the DC who goes (should have already been gone..wait..should not have even been hired). If this ends up being the case, hopefully they fire the DC during the season and put our ST coach in charge. Hopefully it all works out. We can't have poor coaching going into the 24 season with such young players.
