Thanks for your show. If I missed this I apologize, but why did it take so long for Barry to make these changes? Whether the light bulb finally clicked on, were player initiated , or from the HC, he is the DC. He knows these players, he has coached them from training camp on, from last year. Sorry, but his defensive philosophy won't change and, ok, if it isn't the system then it is the coaching staff. But he was hired as the DC. So Barry needs to go. Like last year, MLF went to him to instruct to get more aggressive in certain situations. So Matt, why did you you hire him and why are you retaining him? The little run we went on and the defense showed improvement were against bad teams, then reverted back to the Lion game. I don't have much confidence that much will change. GPG!

Lets face it - this team was an overhyped pretender that was sold to all fans as a contender. There were SO MANY obvious weaknesses on this team - from players to coaches - that it really didn't deserve to be playoff bound.

These initial, after season indicators by LaFleur have really discouraged me re: rectifying weaknesses next season. His ego won't let him fire Joe Barry. His faith in Rodgers to be a leader and to work with younger players is grossly incorrect. Never I have been so disappointed in an upcoming GB season. The general poor leadership in this organization - from President to coach coordinators - is stunning. I do not want to see the old band back together. But maybe a new drummer is needed? Maybe a new business manager that can call it like it is and not cow tow to the Mark Murphys of the world?

I don't believe this team needs a total rebuild. What it needs is an unbiased, evaluation by someone who doesn't have his proverbial head up his butt! LaFleur certainly can't do it and certainly Murphy is not the man either. It requires someone with some guts and fortitude.

We fans deserve far better than what we received this year. And from MLFs initial comments, expect more complacency to follow next season. "How can you expect a different result if you do the same flawed things over and over again...
