Cory's Corner: How Does Jordan Love Lead?
Organized Team Activities opened up this week and this is the best place for an inexperienced quarterback to get better and learn.
“A lot of good things and a lot to clean up,” said Packers coach Matt LaFleur earlier this week.
I absolutely love this. Obviously, even if Love is doing well, it’s best to keep him hungry.
What I really like is that LaFleur is showing his faith in Love. Instead of just offering vanilla calls with only scripted plays, Love is calling more plays on his own. Basically, he’s taking honors calculus before the class even begins in the fall.
We learn more from pressurized experiences. I’d rather have Love learn not to do something at the end of May vs. learning on the job at Ford Field.
And by throwing Love into the deep end right away, LaFleur is seeing what kind of a leader Love is. It will be easy for Love to point to a tight end or wideout if a ball trickled off the fingers or if a running back didn’t give enough pass protection. But his leadership is going to shine even brighter now if he puts the onus on himself and vows to get better.
“We’ve got to see what everybody else around him can do as well,” LaFleur said. “And we’ve got some youth, so it’s going to be a work in progress, no doubt about it, throughout the course of OTAs and training camp and, quite frankly, throughout the course of the season.”
LaFleur knows exactly what he has in Love. He knows how much he can push and what buttons to press. This is why the Packers traded up to take the Utah State standout in 2020 and why they felt confident in trading away a first ballot Hall of Famer.
Now it’s Love’s turn. Today is the final day of the first week of OTAs as it ramps back up May 30.
Everyone on Earth knows that this is Love’s team and LaFleur just wants to know from Love what that means to him. How does a leader carry himself after a bad incompletion on third down? How does a leader carry himself when an offensive lineman misses a block en route to a sack? How does a leader carry himself when a receiver runs the wrong route?
These are all questions that will be on LaFleur’s mental test. He is going to challenge Love’s mental acuity to the point of crumbling. Because when the season gets here, it’s too late to test out a player’s toughness. A coach needs to know that by the start of the season.
So you can be giddy about a Christian Watson touchdown pass or an off-balance throw to Aaron Jones with the pocket crumbling, but be more impressed at how Love handles adversity. That’s going to tell you more about what this team is going to go through.
Because let’s face it, the Packers are going to struggle this year. They are going to be giving big roles to players that haven’t been tested.
As long as Love continues to lead, the Packers will pass the test.

With Love, I hope we see a QB1 who gets that football's first and foremost a 'we' thing, and uses encouragement instead of contempt to share his feelings when someone doesn't meet his expectations.
There was a marked difference between the style of Favre's communication with his receivers when they weren't on the same page compared to Rodgers' pissy fits. Favre was always coaching them up, showing them where he wanted them, while Rodgers was more concerned about the range of histrionics he could include in his tantrums.
Let's hope Love's leadership demeanor resembles the Hillbilly, not the Princess.

You would also not see Favre call out a WR on the field of play. Rodgers would do that all the time even if Rodgers was at fault.

I've brought this up before...but...AR throwing it at a WR's feet when he was wide open, but didn't run the route HIS way...In a NFL game, just tells you it's about him and not winning the actual game for Christ sake. I'm so glad we have moved on from ego and childishness. There is a time for a good scolding, not in a game we are trying to win. If you have to tear someone down a bit, you also need to build them back up. Better times folks..These young guys are talented. We have a few on offense that scratched the surface of their gifts in their skills and abilities last season. I think Watson, Doubs, Toure and Reed are gonna shine right away and Kraft in the TE group. Get ready for the Packers to thrive without AR....GPG

“Because let’s face it, the Packers are going to struggle this year.”
Jordan Love is not being “thrown into the deep end right away.”
Eh.
He’s entering his 4th year. He’s ready. He’ll be fine, more than fine leading this Packers offense in his role as QB1. I’m convinced he’ll play that position better than his predecessor in the manner intended.
There’s one helluva lot of talent around him, and all he has to do is facilitate for LaFleur according to plan.
Will he make mistakes? Of course. Part of the human condition. Given that, I don’t see Jordan Love making mistakes we cannot overcome.
These young players, all of them, are a more connected, cohesive group, and they’re all-in according to Aaron Jones & Keysean Nixon. We’re about to witness a really special coming together of big youth, power, speed, talent united to achieve greater goals. Out with the old. In with the new.
“All Gas No Fucking Brake,” is now ON!

I, too, am excited to see Love and the rookies on the field, but do you really think another year of stale, predictable red-zone play-calling and another year of Barry Ball is going to be "fun?"
PewAuKeeFan
May 27, 2023 at 10:08 am
I'm not expecting "another year of stale predictable red-zone play-calling". Looks like you are out of the loop. AR12 has been traded to Jets (if you google it, you will find lots of articles on the subject), the predictable red-zone play-calling has shifted over there.
greengold

What you're saying carries zero credence, PackyCheese500. ZERO.
Rodgers didn't go against LaFleur's wishes in the red zone? I'll tell you what predictable is: Aaron Rodgers, himself. That guy can't get out of his own way. We saw the same shit from him for over a decade. So did every other defense in the NFL. Enough. Good riddance.
Joe Barry? How do you run your specific Defensive scheme without the various types of players you need to run it? You think you can just hand any defensive team to any DC and just tell them to run it?
Are you pining for the days of Dean Lowry? Are you missing Za'Darius Smith's famous vanishing act?
Look, if you insist on pointing fingers, Mark Murphy was the one who demanded Former DC Mike Pettine stayed as DC. That set our team back two years.
Joe Barry has been a part of some special defenses in his time. He needed two ILBs. Didn't get the 2nd one until last season, his YEAR 2...
He's got the players now with these 8 players added to the mix on D for 2023:
S Tarvarius Moore
DE Lukas Van Ness
DE/DT Colby Wooden
DE/DT Karl Brooks
CB Carrington Valentine
S Anthony Johnson Jr.
OLB Brenton Cox
S Jonathan Owens
Give the guy a chance. Did he not lose his top EDGE in Rashan Gary AND one of his top CBs in Eric Stokes last year?
Firing him just 2 seasons in is not the smart play. Giving him a chance with a full complement of players in his Year 3 is.

I have faith in Love and think he will be an outstanding QB, for the GBP, for a long time to come. Yes, there will be bumps and miscues, in the road, but I feel those bumps and miscues will be few and far between. I mean, both Favre and Rodgers gave us their share of bumps and miscues. It's only fair to allow Love to learn from his mistakes and from the mistakes of his predecessors. I hope Love develops a deep connection with his teammates and becomes a proven leader--The kind of leader other teams wish they had, at QB. GO PACK, GO!!!

I agree, mrtundra.
There are mistakes made in every profession. Learning QB1, the most important position on any football team in this NFL is not immune.
It's common sense to understand there will be miscues. Even the very best in the game make them throughout their careers.
I just happen to think this entire Packers team will look to be far more competitive, and possibly dominant as we work our way through our 2023 schedule.

Let’s get some things straight here.
Who cares what MLF Says.
Love only needs to listen to him.
Not Love him.
Who should he Love?
God, Country , and the Packers.
When you Love your Team.
It’s "can do" across the board.
Put the team first. Nobody else.
And the leadership will be “To infinity and beyond".

Love’s biggest problem, I suspect, will be inexperienced receivers running routes poorly if not incorrectly.
That will not be his fault, but you can be sure he will be blamed by “fans.”
Heck, Musgrave, Kraft, Wicks, DuBose, Goodson, and Nichols are all 21 or 22, and several had incomplete/disrupted college experiences. Watson, Doubs, Reed, and Melton are 23–the typical age of a red-shirted ROOKIE.
I expect the offense to flourish when the receivers get it right.

Perfectly said PEO! Love will make his share of mistakes as a first year starter, but the level of inexperience in the receiving corps may be a much larger issue. The combination is why I think the Packers will struggle at times this year. However I love the fact that they will grow together and become a force in the League as they gain experience.
I am okay with whatever happens in 2023 and I am really looking forward to 2024 and beyond.

2025 is the first chance to really dominate. Developing everybody now can create the core of the team for a decade. Fewer roster spots to fill next draft but still limited cap space. That clears up 2025 then all they have to draft is future depth.
SicSemperTyrannis

This is why I say the O line is everything this year. Run the ball over half the time, over half your targets to RB and TE fits with sink and dunk, then the occasional deep ball is less important and also more likely to succeed.

Most team’s have struggles no matter what. Though I get what you’re saying Corey. We have a lot of new pieces this coming year and there are just as many opportunities as struggles. Someone mentioned this in another post, but the TE’s for us have been dormant the past couple of years. This opportunity alone with two new athletic TE’s should help tremendously. Can we start the season already please! :)

How does a leader carry himself after a bad incompletion on third down? How does a leader carry himself when an offensive lineman misses a block en route to a sack? How does a leader carry himself when a receiver runs the wrong route?"
Well...If it was our PREVIOUS leader he would have first glared at the sideline, screamed at the O-Linemen and threw the ball down, or ran towards the receiver and started pointing where he was supposed be WHILE screaming and glaring at the sideline. Personally that wasn't ever my type of leadership.
IMO the best leaders ae those who accept responsibility, actually TALK to his teammates and coaches, and NEVER blames anyone or anything else for a loss or bad moment offensively in the game. I'd want a guy at QB who his 52 other brothers on the team would run through a brick wall and defend with every ounce of their being, and he would do the same for his teammates.
My guess is Love already has several if not everyone of his teammates ready to do that. I wonder if Rodgers could claim even half of the team last season would have done that for him.
I mean WHY? The dude didn't give a damn about participating or getting to know all the new additions last year or for SEVERAL of the previous years for that matter. Nor did he ever find a coach or player he couldn't or wouldn't throw under the bus.

Nick,
The biggest point is moving forward, pedal to the metal, leaving all that darkness BS eating our dust.
I get what you’re saying and agree 100%.
The collective youth, energy, excitement and commonality is difficult to quantify, but I look around at this roster, and who these players are after seeing interviews, reading of their backgrounds, knowing of their circumstances, gifts, drives, and man, I wish we could bottle this.
What we're about to witness is pretty special, and a moment in time. Enjoy it. Looks like the players are enjoying it themselves practicing together, learning what is expected of them.
These guys are all connected via commonalities shared. Youth reigns supreme, and along with that come a special nuance in cohesion, one we’d never have if not for the trade.
Jordan Love, to me, seems the perfect leader on the field for LaFleur’s O. He needs to be nothing more than that.
Youth is one aspect of cohesion in play here, but, another is supreme, dynamic talent. These guys must look around in practice and go, “DAYUMMM!” There’s that connectedness that comes with having those prime gifts to lend to a common goal. Everywhere you look on this team. They’ve gotta be excited about that.
Add in: NO FEAR! … Yutes…
Pressure’s off, playing with house money against a relatively favorable schedule.

Favre IMO was a better leader than Rodgers. He didn't blame the WR on the field if he ran the wrong route or dropped the ball. He would just clap his hands together and go rats missed that one but we will get the next one.

May 27, 2023 at 08:03 am
Personally, my expectations for this year aren’t too high. That’s because the real problem hasn’t been rooted out yet. Rodgers wasn’t the problem; he was a dedicated QB who wanted to win, and we’re already seeing the effect of his leadership and accountability he brings to the Jets. No, Rodgers was not the problem. Matt LaFleur is.
I still support the decision to trade Rodgers, because we already had his successor in Love, it would get us some nice draft capital, and, from a cap perspective, there was no possible way that we couldn’t trade him.
MLF, though, is the problem with this team. From horrible red zone play calling to terrible personnel and coaching staff decisions, I don’t think he is someone capable of truly leading a team. Sure, he can beat inferior teams in the regular season, but he consistently fails in the playoffs, when it counts.
If you look at Dan Campbell and Mike Vrabel, you will see two excellent coaches who can truly lead and motivate their teams. Despite the fact that Campbell has a losing record as HC, I would say that he’s a better HC than MLF, because he knows how to lead a team, and won’t hesitate to call out someone when they do a bad job (he fired their DBs coach mid season after their 1-6 start).
We have never seen MLF succeed when Rodgers wasn’t playing on an MVP level or when he had Davante Adams. MLF has been riding on the coattails of those two, and this year, I think he will be exposed. The Joe Barry decision will also age horribly, too.
Of course I want the Packers to prove everyone wrong and do well this year, but realistically, I see them finishing 3rd in the division this year, behind the Lions and Bears (narrowly) and ahead of the Vikings.

May 27, 2023 at 10:00 am
In the 7 seasons prior to MLF the Packers never got to 13 wins and that was with Rodgers and Adams. Rodgers was putting up pedestrian TD numbers and did not resemble anything near an MVP the few years before 2019. Under MFL 3 straight 13-3 seasons working with a difficult QB. He revived Rodgers career 2 MVPs. Give the man some credit...
SicSemperTyrannis
May 27, 2023 at 11:03 am
Jim, I was trying to tell people that 13 wins is a great season. Losing a playoff game sucks, sue, but those were still good seasons.
MLF play calling or AR12 choking in the big game? We don't know which contributed more, and neither situation will be replicated enough to be sure. 3 conference championship wins during the entire Favre - Rogers era is in the books. Hopefully the next 2 decades are better but that's a long shot ...
PhantomII
May 27, 2023 at 12:21 pm
Gute completely revamped the roster. That's why we got to 13-3 as well as a mediocre schedule. We had a tough time with great defenses because the run game got shut down from injury and lack of road grader type OL having to always use TE's to block instead of route running, as well as only Adams WR talent and zero #2 WR since Jordy left. AR did not have the WR talent to bring to bare in the playoffs nor did he throw to open WR's not named Adams at crucial times that would have moved the chains and kept from 3 n outs. So, lack of true WR talent and QB1 did not use what WR's he had to win when Adams was taken away...That's where our Super Bowl aspiration begin and end. I don't think Jordan Love will make those mistakes when it's his time to shine.
PackyCheese500
May 27, 2023 at 03:20 pm
MLF did not revive Rodgers' career. His 2019 season was comparable to 2022. What revived his career was the selection of Jordan Love. That motivated him to his 2 MVPs. How would you explain Rodgers' 2019 season?
Also, I don't deny that he can be a decent OC. I liked a few of his play designs last year. It's just I don't think he has what it takes to be a HC in this league, and he has shown us that.
PhantomII
May 27, 2023 at 05:12 pm
MVP is a severely biased award. Nobody wins it without 3 phases of football doing their job at a very high level. There were several QB's with better overall numbers with more picks than AR. I don't think a QB throwing the ball away is scored as harshly as it should be...If you go 3 n out...It's a change of possession, just like a pick would be.

I know...We have lived thru every imaginable debacle. A punt is a deep thrown pick to me as it has the same effect in the change of possession theme and things can go awry if coverage is not there to stop the return and worse things. Hopefully our new QB1 will take what's given to him and make the correct down and distance logical choices. I would like to see him proceed this path before he slings it every which of way and grow as the talent around him does also and they all become more consistent.

Packy, would you be open to considering that it is too early to assign the blame?
"Rodgers wasn’t the problem; he was a dedicated QB who wanted to win, and we’re already seeing the effect of his leadership and accountability he brings to the Jets"
I guess you think that MLF barred AR12 from OTAs and other non-mandatory meetings. MLF barred AR12 from meeting the newcomers, barred him from meaningful contact with them.
Robert Saleh on the other hand, encouraged AR12 to attend OTAs and other non-mandatory meetings, and also to meet the newcomers.
You may be right, but I would suggest that you wait until the end of the season before making your conclusions.

Packy you just don't know that. We won't change it this season anyway. If Rich Bisaccia winds up as HC and both JB and MLF are gone I won't cry about it, but it's possible that MLF winds up doing a good job. The most important thing the whole coaching staff has to do is develop and prepare all 90 + the PS. That doesn't change until regular season.

The only thing that's really changed so far for Love is that his name is at the top of the QB depth chart. He's run most of OTAs and minicamps for the last two-plus years. He was the guy on the field...hopefully he's approached this as the putative leader from that position in the past.

Hopefully the other thing that has changed is that LaFleur will now be free to show why we hired him. If that doesn’t materialize, then Love is starting with one hand behind his back. The inexperience on O is one challenge, but the O itself has to be very different too.

May 27, 2023 at 09:19 am
You say "inexperience," and I see more of the opposite.
This Packers Offense can line up experienced players at every position. Have they added new. talents? Absolutely, but our QB1 is entering his 4th year. His OL is LOADED with returning veterans, and veteran backups. His RBs include two of the league's best. 3 WRs on this team entering their 2nd year. One of them a top talent at the position.
While we have added newly drafted skill players, there are starters ahead of them.
I really do not think this Packers team will look like a fish out of water. Not even close.
The only reason the O will be very different is because the guy who suppressed it is no longer on the team. Pretty exciting stuff ahead, with no BS to get in the way. ZERO...!!!

Rodgers was not the main problem. I agree that we were correct in trading him, but that was for salary cap reasons and also that we have been training his successor.
LaFleur was and still is the problem with this team. Love won't be able to control the predictable red zone play calling or Barry's mishaps on the "D"
greengold

Not sure how you can say a malcontent, over the hill, insubordinate QB1 like Rodgers "was not the problem." Did you not see him throwing behind receivers these past two seasons? Did you not see him throwing to no other WR but Davante Adams in our last playoff loss??? FOR THREE COMPLETE QUARTERS!!!
What in the actual F was THAT??? How, as a fan of this game, and the Green Bay Packers do you let that slide?
He co-opted the team for his own goals. 100%. He deserved to be shipped out on greased rails. What a complete freaking pain in the ass. Keeping him around for 2022 made the Packers nearly unbearable to watch, especially knowing all of that. He had a personal vendetta against our own team management. He clearly stated he was running another offense once the bullets were live.
How do you condone that?
Optimism at this stage is not unfounded. Gutekunst added at the very least 16 new players who are dynamic talents with long resumes of production, speed & power, to all 3 phases of the game. O, D & STs.
We've got at least another 11 players entering their Year 2, all of whom entered this NFL with those same credentials.
If you can't see it, that's unfortunate, but, you will.

PackyCheese500
May 27, 2023 at 03:19 pm
GG, I didn't say that Rodgers was not a problem, but that he wasn't the MAIN problem. He did not have a good season last year, and I did see some of that happening, but you have to remember that Lazard was his #1 WR and that there were rookies that (naturally) were running some wrong routes and having some drops.
We have to remember, though, that those were the expectations; we knew that the offense would take time to gel and undergo transitions. However, during that time, the DEFENSE was supposed to carry this team, and, indirectly, that is MLF's fault, for passing on DCs like Ejiro Evero in '21 and Fangio and Flores this year in favor of Barry and his stale zone schemes. Not only that, but making no changes in the middle of the season and not having the guts to fire him, both during the season and after it, shows that he doesn't have what it takes to be a great HC. Do you think Belichick or Reid would do something like that?
MLF was (and still is) the main problem. He is no leader of a football team; he is a sissy offensive coordinator (whose offense, back when he was with the Titans, ranked 28th in the league). Not firing Barry mid-season was, at least, very unwarranted. Retaining him for another season was unacceptable.
I think the Davante incident vs SF was a legitimate problem, but the SF game was WINNABLE, if we didn't have a blocked FG and punt. If MLF had the guts to fire Drayton before the season was over, maybe we would have won that game.
The point is, as long as MLF is our head coach, we will never be able to win when it counts, and he has shown us that repeatedly in the playoffs for the last 4 years (I'm counting week 18 of '22 as a playoff game). He used to be able to rely on Rodgers and Adams to bail him out against inferior teams, but he gets out-coached when it counts.
PhantomII

The reason is: The enormous money grab from AR and DA leaving for Raiders. If AR wanted to win a Championship in GB...He needed to leave some money in the pot for other players...He did not. AR is the one who
did not rise to the occasion in the playoffs. We did not have supreme WR talent...but good enough to win if he had just hit the open receiver or ran it in from 7 yards out. I wanted Jefferson at #20 and I think that would have been a difference in games...but it was getting pretty hard to deal with AR passive aggressive nature. AR is the most supremely blessed talented QB. If you don't have a God, you tend to become one in your own eyes. If you Believe and you are Blessed with talent....you are thankful for it and there is a love exchange between you and your Lord and you feel Humble...Grateful in your gifting. It completely changes your demeanor from arrogance to humble and grateful. AR never figured the key to this out and as good as he is...he has only scratched the surface of real greatness by choosing to love the Lord who has Blessed him so abundantly. I am now looking at a Humble young man in Jordan Love...I don't know if he has near what AR was given...but I know he appreciates everything he has. GPG

What I saw in few press conferences Jordan Love had, he acted like true leader, showing understanding for mistakes (we do not know whose, as he did not mention any name connected to specific mistake) others or he did and showed positive opinion for every player on the 91 roster. He calmly admitted that there is lot to clean from everybody including him, but noticed how players are commited to improve themselves through the practicing. He also offered help to any player if he can help. That is how true leaders acting and taking responsibilities for group of people he should and will lead.
OTAs are time for mistakes. Every practice before TC. TC should be polishing what is learned thruogh off season.
I admitt I'm not patient enough and can not wait to see what pre season/TC will show us what kind of Packers we can expect through the season.

Here is an alternative one, “Because let’s face it, the Packers should be 2-3 games better this year with an overall improved roster, an offensive system the QB buys into, 2 outstanding RB’s and a deep OL.” 11-6 should get us to the post season.

I just read a great article on Wisconsin Sports Heroics, and about Love and some of his WRs. Unfortunately, I can't give you guys a link so I'll try to update you. The title was: Green Bay Packers: Jordan Love has been amazing for young WRs. They interview Wicks and Reed in the article and they were gushing about how accessible and what a great teammate Love has been to them. Wicks stated since they are all about the same age, they can relate to each other and are building a bond. They are growing together. Love stated that the new guys can come to me anytime to ask questions and he can ask them things too. He says he is building a chemistry with them.
In an interview with ESPNs Rob Demovsky,Packers WR coach Jason Vrable stated that last year Rodgers didn't show up until mandatory training camp and was very demanding of the rookie WRs. Showing little patience. Often times Rodgers would yell at the young WRs and throw up his hands in exasperation. So basically instead of trying to acclimate the young WRs to the team and the NFL and help them get better by teaching them as a good teammate would have done, he instead chose to show up late and ridicule them. What a TOOL!
Love said he thinks the WRs relate better to him and he will do what it takes for the TEAM to be successful. I hope you guys can find the article. It was uplifting.

Leadership? I was privileged enough to see an old QB lead a bunch of mostly over-the-hill vets take a team the length of a frozen field against a very good team with everything on the line. That is leadership, and although I've seen other fine examples over the years, that one really sticks in my mind.
IMO, the QB position is mostly about leadership. It's not your arm strength or 3 cone time or hand size, it's your ability to get the job done in the face of maximum adversity. It'll be the measure of Love, and if he can lead men to victory he'll be more successful that either of his predecessors.

"Throwing Love into the deep end right away..." as in, right away after three full years on the roster???
Who was running the offense for all of those OTA's that Aaron Rodgers never attended?
"Learning to handle adversity..." in OTA's? Not even training camp, but OTA's??? Good to know we'll have a guy who's "battle tested" in OTA's. LOL.
And if "LaFleur knows exactly what he has in Love" then what is the point of saying "...because when the season gets here, it’s too late to test out a player’s toughness. A coach needs to know that by the start of the season." Does MLF know what Love has or not?
Just another weird article that has no freakin' clue what it wants to say.

The Packers are struggling in OTA's right now. Largely due to our "standout Utah State quarterback." What makes him a standout? Leading the nation in interceptions?
The running back tandem is non-existent. Dillon aka "Quadriplegic" was nowhere to be found last year. What make you think he will show up this year? Until Love shows he can throw the ball well, every team will pack the box. Jones wont average 4.5 yards per carry. Dillon is all hype.
The right side of our line was terrible last year. The center did nothing. How are they better this year? The left side was crippled last year. This year they are better?
Now lets talk about defense. We have Joe Barry back. That says it all. Kenny Clark was ineffective last year. How did the line get better? Two subs moved in to start. They were subs for a reason. We drafted a pass rusher. Yes we did and he has zero sacks in the NFL. We have a temper tantrum at linebacker. Hopefully he went to kindergarden summer school. Cant wait to see him crying in the olio tunnel after getting tossed for tackling a cheerleader. Who plays safety? The gymnasts husband? Do you think he will want to sit out after missing a tackle? Who plays safety at the line of scrimage. That tacking machine Savage? And will Jaire play off 10 yards on third and three? Only Joemama knows for sure.
Play number one will be a bomb to Watson. He'll drop it stunned by the decapitation of Love. Thanks Nijman for whiffing on the block. Lastink will reevaluate right tackle. Maybe he will put in that Shawn guy.
This team is not better than last years team. This coach is the same old manicured wannabee as last year. This team has Joe Barry for christ's sake. The same Joe as the worthless Joe from Detroit.
Let's count the drops by Watson and Doubs. All you needed to see was play number one last year. Hey we drafted a bunch of huckleberries from the NCAA. Of course none of them were named Jefferson.
Hey Nero Gutekunst we can offer Amari Rodgers and use him as a punt returner.
We got two tight ends with less experience than whats his name Steinbrenner? Steamengine?
Whatever Packer Corey.
After five games call me. I'll be watching the New Pork Dirigibles. What a way to end the run of two great quarterbacks. Thank you Nero Gutekrapst. Hey Caligula Murphy please retire before the NFL draft.
