I'm choosing to ignore the bad and ugly, because it doesn't matter in a game of this regurgitude (new word!).

But Sorrell and Cox: a glimmer of hope in the pass rush department--so nice to see! Scrounging around for crumbs of in the silver lining department pays dividends.

Whew: The knee injury to Bullard doesn't appear to be serious according to MLF.

I was so concerned about this regurtitudination that I went skiing. Looks like I didn't miss much from Collin Oliver, who was the main player I wanted to see.

Oliver can cover ground, but he’s not a true DE. He’s a situational designated pass rusher (though he wasn’t played as such yesterday, that was only confirmed as pretty obvious). He does add a dimension. His coverage was encouraging though held back somewhat by a need to improve his tackling. He was run over at least once, but I’d expect that when, as then he’s in the middle on a run play, where he wouldn’t be in a serious game.

Good (excellent): Whelan
Bad: The willing fetal position taken by LaFluer for this game. Zero inspiration—again.
Ugly: Looney-Tune and LaFluer’s, I hope-we-can-run for a first down on 3rd & 10.
It’s never a good sign when you’re willing to lose.
That said—I do believe we can beat the Bears.
Go Packers

The Good: Packers didn’t get shut out.

The Bad: we only get 17 Sundays and the circumstances of the game (clinched, injuries, guys sitting out) killed the enjoyment of a competitive game. From the kickoff it felt like the Packers wanted to be anywhere else but playing this game.

The Ugly: The Offense did absolutely nothing. The toughest thing to replace are skill players. Given the sheer number of players sitting out what did anyone expect?

I expected the Packers to at least make it a game! At least be competitive.

Don't kid yourself....They got shut out.

3 points with 1 second left at the end of garbage time, isn't really scoring.

We all watched the game.

I expected the packers to play with pride. The defense did —somewhat.

Thought interior pressure was good, especially in the first half. Thought Morgan is not the answer at Left Tackle, so bad for him. Ugly…was going to be using Bullard and getting him hurt. But it sounds like he’ll be ok?

Good - Whelan's Punting, Cox, Sorrell

Bad - Seeing Morgan at LT and having no confidence that he's good enough. We now know why Rasheed is starting.

Ugly - Watching this game as a Packer fan. It was nice to do some evaluations of lower tier guys, but losing to Vikes in the process of playing pre-season level football made shoveling the driveway look appealing.

After a promising start at RT last week or two, I so hoped Morgan was ready and able to be our left tackle next year. Our OL for next year needs a lot of added pieces.

I enjoyed watching the “revitalized” Vikings failing to overwhelm a patchwork D of the sort only seen in summer. They came out trying and our O was not remotely trying to make it difficult either. A big win for our D depth (and bounce back by Hafley). A warning the Vikings should, but probably won’t heed.

The Good. Playoffs

The bad. Playing Vikings away in Jan. Why can’t we play them in dec for the same advantage they have.

Why. They are sneaky with there schedule

The ugly. Can’t go 5-3. At home. Next year. 9-0 at home is the GOAL ……..

The ugliest thing didn't happen in this game at all. As things worked out had Romeo Doubs handled that on side kick in Chicago tonight the Packers would be NFC North champions. Green Bay 10-6-1, Chicago 10-7. Thanks anyway, Lions.

The Packers still get Da Bears next week.

In the Division this season: Packers 4-2
Vikings 4-2
Lions 2-4
Bears 2-4.
THE BEARS STILL SUCK !!!!!

The Good - the game ended really early and we got to see some professional football after it ended.
The Bad - Injuries to Bullard and Melton
The Ugly - Matt "Marty Schottenheimer" La Fleur's coaching and his sorry excuse for a game plan.

My only comment. If Tune ever starts another game for the Packers, I won't watch it.

This was a good reminder of the 70s and 80s. The bad thing is I watched most of it Sunday. The ugly was thinking that the 26 team is going to be in a world of hurt if QB1 goes down for even a short stretch…

There weren't any games in the '70s or 80's where a Packers team had nothing to play for in a final regular season game. Things are a long way from that.

The good: I wasn't expecting much in this game and that's what I got. It reminded me of the 87 strike season replacement players, but not as good. The regular season is over. They have a playoff game somehow.

The bad: This game was actually televised in my area...it just figures. They could've won the division with a win in this game, but they ran into the Ravens first and the Ravens ran all over them...cue up Led Zeppelin's Trampled Under Foot.

The ugly: I would give this to the Vikings. With the squad the Packers put out there, they should've racked up 50+ points. They should be embarrassed.

For the record, I liked what Atlanta did, and I don't mean winning the game.
