Good stuff - I was giving props to Pettine for the Safety call and now I hear J A did it on his own. Wow, is he given that much latitude by Pettine? Huge play.
Can't wait to hear the analysis after the film review.

Our local paper said it wasn't latitude as much as Alexander mis-reading the play. It quoted Alexander as saying he thought it was going to be a running play to Cook and he decided to press the line and hoped to catch Cook in the backfield. When Cousins faked the handoff to Cook and dropped back to pass, Alexander had to finish his blitz because he was too far out of position to cover his WR. He basically got lucky.....
