Bills Place Schobel on "Reserve/Did Not Report" List

Buffalo Bills linebacker Aaron Schobel still hasn't decided whether or not he'll play in 2010, so the team placed him on the "Reserve/Did Not Report" list today.
Schobel will not count towards the team's 80-man roster limit, and can be activated off that list at any time.
The 32-year old Schobel has spent his entire nine-year career with the Bills, who chose him in the second round of the 2001 NFL Draft out of TCU. Schobel (6-4, 243) has 483 tackles and 78 quarterback sacks during his career, and has made two trips to the Pro Bowl (2006, 2007).
As recently as mid-June, Schobel was leaning towards following through on his retirement, but has softened his stance in the last few days.
"I'm thinking if I want to do it, and they want me to do it, then I'll do it," Schobel told The Associated Press. "The Bills might tell me to get lost. And I'd understand it if they did that."
If Schobel plays in 2010, he'll earn a $6.025 million dollar base salary.
The Bills placed safety Jon Corto and linebacker Nic Harris on the "Active/PUP" list. They do count against the 80-man roster limit, and are eligible to come off the list at any time.
