The trustee in Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick's bankruptcy case is seeking repayment of nearly $2 million that Vick gave to his friends and family in the months before he was sent to federal prison, the Associated Press reports.

"We are not suing Mike Vick or accusing Mike Vick of fraud," Ross Reeves, the attorney for trustee John J. Luzinkski, said. "This is about the proper distribution of assets Vick had before his bankruptcy."

Vick's bankruptcy attorney claims Vick disclosed the payments, and did nothing wrong.
