Trades involving Washington Redskins defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth and New York Giants defensive end Osi Umenyiora have been adequately debunked.

Haynesworth was rumored to be headed to the Twin Cities, which Judd Zulgad of the Star Tribune says is not happening.

ESPN's Sal Paolantonio told Ralph Vacchiano of the New York Daily News that the Philadelphia Eagles were interested in acquiring Umenyiora from the Giants, but Vacchiano had the following comment about that:

"I still say Osi isn't going anywhere, but I'm 137 percent sure he won't be traded to Philly unless Jerry Reese is angling to get fired."

But Tim Tebow is totally going in the first round...
