Mike Garafolo of The Star-Ledger has the details of the six-year, $32.5 million contract that offensive lineman Shawn Andrews signed with the New York Giants at 1:45am ET on Friday.

According to Garafolo, who cites NFLPA records, Andrews received a $250,000 signing bonus, which is the only guaranteed portion of the contract. Andrews has a $1.25 million base salary in 2010, but it's a split base salary that reduces $650,000 if Andrews is not on the 53-man roster.

Andrews has a $3.5 million roster bonus due in 2011, a $500,000 workout bonus, and a $3 million base salary. Between 2012-15. Andrews is scheduled to earn $18 million in base salary ($4.5M per) with $1.5M in workout and roster bonuses each season.
