Ocmulgee Judicial Court District Attorney Frederic D. Bright announced this morning that he will announce his decision on whether or not to press sexual assault charges against Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger at 2pm ET on Monday, April 12.

ESPN's Kelly Naqi reports that Roethlisberger will not face charges.

As the ESPN report states, this is the second time Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual misconduct. Roethlisberger has not faced criminal charges, but is still facing a lawsuit brought by the woman who claimed Roethlisberger raped her in a Lake Tahoe hotel in 2008.
