Ravens CB Lardarius Webb Remains on PUP List

There was hope that Baltimore Ravens cornerback Lardarius Webb cornerback would come off the physically unable to perform list today, but as of this morning's practice, Webb remained on PUP, the Baltimore Sun reports.
Webb tore the ACL in his right knee last December, and has been cleared to practice. Webb is reluctant to return to practice, an indicator that he still needs to clear the mental hurdle all players coming off an ACL tear experience.
When Webb does return, the 2009 third-round pick out of Nicholls State is expected to compete for a starting cornerback spot opposite Fabian Washington. Webb started four of his 14 games last season, totaling 35 tackles, a quarterback sack, and six passes defensed.
