Rams Plan to Meet With Bradford's Agent

First round draft pick will not be actively involved in negotiations.

St. Louis Rams chief operating officer Kevin Demoff will return from vacation next week, and plans to meet with Tom Condon about first overall pick Sam Bradford's contract, Bernie Miklasz of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.

As Miklasz notes, Bradford is expected to command between $45M-$50M in guaranteed money, and will not be actively involved in negotiations, leaving that task to Condon and Ben Dogra, St. Louis-based agents for CAA.

The Rams have eight of their 11 picks from the 2010 NFL Draft under contract. Second-round offensive tackle Rodger Saffold and sixth-round tight end Fendi Onobun are also unsigned, though Onobun is expected to be signed early next week.
