Mike Mularkey Postpones Interview With Broncos

Atlanta Falcons offensive coordinator Mike Mularkey has put off his scheduled interview with the Denver Broncos, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports.

Mularkey was set to interview for the Broncos' head coaching vacancy on Friday in Atlanta, but Schefter reports that Mularkey wants to focus on the Falcons' upcoming playoff games and doesn't want to interview for head coaching positions on back-to-back days.

Mularkey is scheduled to interview with Cleveland Browns president Mike Holmgren on Saturday.

During a Wednesday press conference, newly hired Broncos Executive Vice-President of Football Operations John Elway referred to Mularkey as "Mark Mularkey" on several occasions, which may have had contributed to Mularkey's decision to put the interview off for now.
