Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean reports that Tennessee Titans running back Chris Johnson and tight end Bo Scaife are not present for the team's OTA sessions.

Both players have signed contracts, but are seeking long-term extensions from the team.

Wyatt characterizes this week's workouts as both "mini-camps" and "organized team activity" sessions, but there is a distinction that needs to be made.

In addition to a mini-camp for rookies, which the Titans held on April 30 and May 1, NFL teams are permitted to hold one mandatory veteran mini-camp in the off-season. The Titans opted not to include one of those mandatory mini-camps on their off-season schedule.

The Titans do have 14 "Organized Team Activity" sessions, where participation is voluntary, scheduled for this off-season. Today's workout is the third such work, with another one scheduled for Thursday. The remaining OTA schedule for the Titans is below.
