ESPN's Mike Reiss reports that the contract agreed to this morning by New England Patriots first-round cornerback Devin McCourty has a maximum value of $13.2 million dollars.

$7.825 million dollars of the deal is guaranteed, Reiss reports.

As Reiss notes, the full details of the deal will need to be analyzed to offer a proper assessment, but the reported guaranteed amount represents a 14.32% increase over the $6.845M in guarantees that Indianapolis Colts running back Donald Brown received as the 27th overall pick of the 2009 NFL Draft.

McCourty's reported maximum value is a 2.84% increase over Brown's $12.835M.
