The San Diego Chargers have re-signed wide receiver Gary Banks to the practice squad.

Banks takes the spot of offensive tackle Ryan Otterson, who was released on Tuesday.

The 28-year old Banks joined the Chargers as an undrafted free agent out of Troy in 2008. Banks has 12 receptions for 159 yards during three pre-seasons' worth of action.
