Chargers Activate S Steve Gregory

The San Diego Chargers have activated safety Steve Gregory to the 53-man roster.

Gregory returned this week from a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drugs policy.

A former undrafted free agent from Syracuse, Gregory has 160 tackles and two interceptions during his 65-game career, all of which spent with the Chargers. Gregory started the first four games of the 2010 regular season, posting a team-high 30 tackles and grabbing an interception in the Chargers' 41-10 win over the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4.

Rookie wide receiver Richard Goodman has been waived after catching one pass for 25 yards in three games since being signed off the practice squad in Week 6. Goodman had been questionable for tomorrow's game against the Houston Texans with a hamstring injury.
