Bengals Sign Five to Futures Contracts

The Cincinnati Bengals announced that they have signed five players to futures contracts.
All five closed the regular season on the Bengals' practice squad.
Signed were fullback James Develin, offensive tackle Andrew Gardner, guard Otis Hudson, cornerback Cary Harris, and defensive end James Ruffin.
Hudson was a fifth-round pick of the Bengals in 2010.
One Bengals practice squad player, linebacker Tim Knicky, has not yet agreed to terms. An undrafted free agent from Stephen F. Austin, Knicky spent the off-season with the Green Bay Packers, and went to training camp with the New York Jets. Both of those teams are in the post-season.
NFL teams have an exclusive seven-day negotiating window to sign their practice squad players to futures contracts.
