Bears Re-Sign LB Pisa Tinoisamoa

Sean Jensen of the Chicago Sun-Times reports the Chicago Bears have re-signed linebacker Pisa Tinoisamoa.

Jensen adds that it's a one-year deal, though the financial terms were not disclosed.

Tinoisamoa signed a one-year, $1.5 million dollar contract with the Bears last June after being released by the St. Louis Rams, where the former second-round pick out of Hawaii had spent the first six years of his NFL career.

In two games with the Bears, both starts, Tinoisamoa totaled four tackles and a forced fumble, but suffered a knee injury and for the third time in four seasons, finished his season on injured reserve.
