Bears G Roberto Garza to Have Knee Scoped

Chicago Bears guard Roberto Garza is scheduled to undergo arthroscopic knee surgery, the team announced on Wednesday.

Garza's surgery will keep him out of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, ending his consecutive regular season games streak at 101, and a 69-game consecutive starts streak.

With Garza out, the Bears will likely start second-year offensive lineman Lance Louis at left guard. The Bears may also look to sign guard Johan Asiata off the practice squad to provide depth along the interior of the offensive line.
