In case you are one of the two people that don't have Twitter, here is a short breakdown on mini-camp day one.

As usual Greg Bedard and Tom Peliserro did a great job. Although, Mr. Bedard seems very refreshed after his vacation.

The Breakdown

1. Gone: Woodson, Blackmon, Giacomini

Blackmon just got married. Woodson had a charity event.

2. Injured: Smith injured a groin, Harrell was thought to have dropped out at one point, and Jemarko Simmons got a back injury.

Barnett was icing his knee after practice (no big deal).

3. Nick Collins Practiced

Many people noted that the still injured Atari Bigby and Collins seemed joined at the hip today. Collins appeared to be in shape, but admitted he was behind. Collins also took some punt returns.

4. Rodgers and Flynn looked sharp, Brohm did not.

Bust?

5. It was hot as hell.

6. Finley looked good.

7. Everyone said Kapinos was the punter to beat.

8. Starting Defense: Raji, Pickett, Jolly, Kampman, Barnett, Hawk, Thompson, Harris, Williams, Bigby, Collins.

9. Starting O-Line: Moll, Colledge, Spitz, Sitton, Barbre

EDIT: The afternoon practice was cancelled in favor of team bowling. No word on the results. Also, Nick Collins is still being a douche.

Congrat to Blackmon, im sure he ran as fast down the aisle and to his honeymoon, just like his returner habits.

Brohm is a bust, but he wont be labeled a bust because he will never earn a NFL Starter tag, hes more of a NFL Disapointment.

The heat is overated, the NFL starts up in Sept, which by then shall be cold and when the Packers make the playoffs, it shall be -10 Wind Chill.

Finley looking good makes me worry less about Rodgers running around.

Punters always looked 100% different than the other players, and its not the muscles, its more of a serial killer look. They are quiet and they know when to shank.

I have no hate on Moll, but with his name among the other 4, it feels like I just got poke in the eye with the needle.

"5. It was hot as hell."

It was so hot, even Greg Jennings sweated a little.

I'm pretty sure Jennings has a built in AC system, but I imagine he threw some water on his face so it looked normal to the mortals.

Brett Favre: Throwing Without Pain
RotoWire.com Staff - RotoWire.com
Jun 20, 12:02 pm EDT

Minnesota head coach Brad Childress says Favre is throwing without pain after recent surgery on a partially torn biceps tendon. “He’s got to build some endurance in [his throwing arm] and see if he thinks he can get it back to where he wants to get it,” he told the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

Recommendation: All signs continue to point to Favre playing again this season. Unless he suffers an unexpected setback, it looks very likely he’ll return to play for Minnesota. However, don’t expect anything official to happen until shortly before training camp starts.

Yeah, I really think Brohm should be showing us something--ANYTHING--by now. Some people have pointed out that Aaron Rodgers wasn't very good as a rookie, either, but I saw a lot more potential in Rodgers as a rookie than I did in Brohm. Rodgers at least looked like he had a good arm and was quick on his feet. I have yet to see either of those things from Brohm.
