Seems like CM3 is definitely the mentor of the OLB corp (en perhaps all the linebackers unit?): see in particular, his recent interview (packers.com) where he describes how he wants to be an example for his teammates more than "just a leader".

to bad we did not get greene some yrs ago hell of football player.its time for lbs to step up more this yr.hit them hard and fast i can see it now most feared linebackers around.rock and roll.that way our db,cb,and s.pick balls off head to that td. zone i can here fans rockin.ps. im a little fired up .
