Throwback Weekend Is Upon Us

A few last reminders about our social gathering/Tweet-up Saturday night and tailgate Sunday morning as #ThrowbackWeekend is about to commence.

Just wanted to send out a few last reminders as the Throwback Weekend events sponsored by Cheesehead TV, Pocket Doppler and First String PR are about to get started.

Wally at the Doppler already covered most of these updates, but I just wanted to copy them here in case you missed it:

Saturday, October 15th: Tweet-up at The Abbey Bar in De Pere, WI starting at 7:00 pm.  We changed the start time of this and moved it up a half an hour to allow more time for mirth, merriment, shenanigans & hijinx. We have the entire upper level of The Abbey Bar reserved for us and I would suggest perhaps getting there as early as you can as you never know who may be there to greet you. All you need to bring is yourself & the ability to have a good time.

Sunday, October 16th: Tailgate at The Green Bay Distillery starting at 8:00-8:30 am. This time has also changed, primarily because of some of the nightmare stories that came out of trying to get in to Lambeau during the last home game & the new security procedures.  We’re supplying brats & burgers, but if you’re able please bring a dish to pass or plan on chipping in some cash if you can. You are also responsible for you own beverages, although there may be a surprise or two on that front as well.  Postgame party will also be at The Green Bay Distillery.

That's it, folks. It should be an incredibly fun weekend for all involved. See you there.

Wish I lived there instead of down here in Bear country...sounds like a blast.

Will be at the game Sunday as well, though with a family tailgate.

But also glad to be Occupying Oneida Street.

I'm guessing Tom Crabtree shows up at the Abbey. Or, Jarius Wynn.
