And they better be!!

Shifting to the run game in a hurry and in a panic!

Drafting all of College Football’s leader in interceptions – what was to be expected but all of the NFL’s leader in interceptions!

The little man – “Gutey” - who never was in the arena in any meaningful way is only in football management due to the nepotic door opening of his father -destroyed what was a Super Bowl bound team with that drafting.

And now?

$75 million guaranteed signing bonus already banked while screwing yet another TRUE PERFORMINING Veteran 7 year consistent loyal Aaron Jones – over a paltry $1 million dollars - who could have been paired with the great Jacobs to preserve both’s careers and lead the Packers to the 2024-25 Super Bowl – all ala Nelson, Cobb, Matthews, Davante, MVS (saved the Chiefs Super Bowl hopes in both AFC championships and now starring for the Saints), Matthews, Preston Smith (sack and 3 tackles in his 1st Steeler game in just 23 snaps); Mercedes Lewis (long side line reception and then TD catch), Allen Lazard (several key catches, runs and blocks), Jarran Reed (strip sack with Packers trailing 20 to 10) and Rasul Douglas 4 veterans who all saved Packer Christmas in Miami December 25, 2022, LESS THAN 2 YRS AGO – I know I travelled to that game and cheered my ass off with a host of other Wisconsin visitors, bringing the cold to Miami, one of the coldest days in Miami history !!!!

This guy – poor over his head Jordan - is no Aaron Rodgers – College Power 5 Conference star taking Cal to near the top, Super Bowl Winner and Super Bowl MVP, 4 time MVP, 4 Time Passer Rating/Passer Title winner – i.e. TD %, Interception %, Yards per attempt %, and importantly COMPLETION PERCENTAGE – passing accuracy!!!

There is good reason Lafleur is moving to the run, as he did last year when he realized the RISK OF LOVE!

Cheer Jordan, Boo “Gutey” out of Lambeu and out of the Packers organization – he cratered a multiple Super Bowl bound team and now has the Packers desperately relying on one over worked running back Jacobs to carry the flailing, failing poor QB, who has been over his head since the moment he was ridiculously drafted where he was by destroying of team chemistry and camaraderie and veteran leadership that every team needs to get over the hump and into the Super Bowl.

Gutey, the SMALL MAN with the big ego who knows the value of nothing and the cost of everything – the NFL 31 blood sucking owners’ man in Green Bay, squeezing life out of the team and profits out of the gladiators and fans while delivering an inferior overall 32 team NFL product – they nothing about their franchises quality of play on the field and winning and only about creating DRAMA, CONFLICT and EYEBALLS and $$$$$ bills.

There seem to be three accounts now that are posting essentially the same lengthy, AI-assisted diatribes. I'm wondering if there's people with multiples.

Jordan Love is no Aaron Rodgers. Good. Maybe he'll get us back to the Super Bowl instead of failing in the playoffs year after year. Maybe he'll learn the names of his receivers.

Regarding the run....I remember a line from a movie where a guy says "Running is not a plan. Running is what you do when your plan doesn't work". And sure enough, I've found that in movies, and in life, that's true. I'm not sure it applies to football. I think you start with "run them over" and then try other things if that doesn't work. If run them over works, then you run them over.

This is the best running team I've ever seen the Packers put on the field. Brockington and Lane was pretty good, and the 2003 team with Green, Davenport, and Fisher was pretty good, but we're better this year. Holmgren never had a team that could run like this, neither did McCarthy.

somehow ahman greene gained 1800+ yards that season, it qualifies as slightly better than pretty good. The one thing Sherman could do (the only thing) was coach an O-line. athough I don't know your birth year, there was this tandem of Taylor and Hornung that wasn't too shabby. I'm old enough to seen those two in action. Jim Taylor was an animal.

Ahman Green led rushing attack (With Davenport and Fischer backing up) was definitely a better running team than this team. Line stacked from left to right with Clifton, Rivera, Flannigan, Wahle, and Tauscher. Not to mention some Dotson, Winters, early Scott Wells.. Oh, and Kevin "U-71" Barry reporting in as eligible..

Are you kidding me? It's not even close, and frankly, I don't know that those teams are even close to the running prowess of the Lombardi teams.

This Packers team is a very, very good running unit.. against a league that is no longer built to stop the run first and foremost.. but they are certainly not the best running team the Packers have fielded.

I don't know, Oppy. We finished 3rd in the league in rushing in 2003. It was the most rushing yards we ever had in a season, and that would include the Lombardi teams... We have over 1600 yards already, with 6 games to go.....I think we've got a real good chance to surpass the 2003 team this year.

Just for the record, the 2003 Packers had 2558 total rushing yards on the season.. and don't forget, that was a 16 game season.

So to make it apples to apples, you'd need to gain 180 total rushing yards in each of the next 5 games.

And, another reminder, 2024 teams are built more to defend against the pass and less to defend the run than teams in 2003 were.
