Rodgers back at practice for surprisingly healthy Packers
Every player on the 53 man roster was working this afternoon as the Packers prepare for their showdown with the Rams.

The Green Bay Packers had their starting quarterback back on the practice field Wednesday afternoon as they prepare to take on the undefeated Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon.

The bye week appears to have come at the perfect time, as the Packers had every player on the 53 man roster participating in today's practice.
It's a positive development for a team that will need every break to beat a Rams team that has looked like an unstoppable juggernaut through the first seven games of the 2018 season.

I can't remember the last time the Packers have had their entire team healthy. Maybe back in the Lombardi era.
In any case we are as ready as we can be for the Rams. Now let's go beat them. No excuses, no stupid penalties, and let's not beat ourselves. Go Pack Go! Thanks, Since '61

And, let's get this offense rolling! We are healthy and rested. We've had 2 weeks to prepare. Let's get Rodgers and this offense clicking on all cylinders, kick ass in the redzone and score 35 or more points ....win a shootout !

Yeah...although back during the Lombardi era, their entire team may have played, but many were not healthy.
They played with injuries that would keep today's players out for several games.

I missed the plane. I don't know how, because I had a good week of practice. It's all about getting back to fundamentals on how to get on a plane. I gotta get back to work. I got a lot of planes ahead of me, but l will get it cleaned up and put this plane behind me and be better prepared for the next plane and use this missed plane as a learning guide. I have a lot of faith in my team. The flight attendent made a bad call, but we will review it and move forward.

I smh at most of you with the hate on MM. the guy is a prove winner. The person to blame is Ted Thompson for the lack of talent on this team. You guys blame the play calling or headcoach whenever this team plays like crap. THE REAL PROBLEM IS LACK OF TALENT! It doesn’t matter what play is called or what scheme is used. People use your damn eyes and watch the game and get educated. Do you realize only 4 starters remain from the drafts 2015-2017 draft! That’s down right pathetic and it kills a team. Coaches can only do so much to help a team win, but in the end talent and decipline determines who wins and loses. Everyone need to shut their damn mouth and actually watch the game for what it is. Gut it in the process of restocking this team of the talent it was deprived for years, let’s see what he does in years 2 and 3 first before we judge him. Thanks for this! I for one will be using my damn eyes and getting educated on Sunday. We could argue about talent and "decipline" and their relationship to winning and losing, but my damn eyes saw two Packers games influenced mightily by officiating this season. I think it's fair to say a large number of factors play a role in a team's success over the course of a season.
As far as who's to blame, how does that help? TT was/is an enigma. He brought in a lot of the right players during his tenure as well. So, if we follow your logic and blame TT, open our damn eyes, and realize MM is a genius for calling plays a dumbfuck like me can see coming from his Lay-Z-Boy, then what? Watch as Gute "restocks" with practice squad fullbacks?
If you need me on Sunday, I'll be sitting with my damn mouth shut watching the game for what it is; a vehicle to sell beer, and team-branded merch to the dimwitted masses, and make billions of dollars for old white dudes.

SMH at all the so called experts who don't know what they don't know. TT is to me the most overrated GM in NFL history, his entire philosophy of building exclusively through the draft and shunning free agency was a product of his Narcissism. He thought he was so much smarter and so much better than every GM throughout history he was gonna show the entire NFL the best way to skin a cat, Teddy's way. So many want to give TT credit for drafting AR when he deserves none at all. He had a 36 year old starting QB who had been considering retirement publicly for a couple years and the best player in the draft fell right in his damn lap. What with all the "we draft the best player available" rhetoric coming from him at the time how could he not take Rodgers. When Rodgers slipped down to 17-18 if TT actually knew Rodgers was going to be good he should've traded up to get him but TT had no clue at all. He just simply lucked out and had one of the greatest football players of all time fall in his lap which led to our SB title. TT did make some good picks but he get zero credit for Rodgers. TT's best picks by far were Nick Collins, Clay Mathews, David Bhaktiari, Jordy Nelson, Davante Adams. Every GM from Tom Braatz to Ray Farmer has made some good picks during the draft. However that did not make them good GM's. TT was an overrated and over hyped figure based solely on the exemplary luck he experienced during his first draft as GM of the Packers. If Rodgers hadn't fell in his lap this team would've been bottom feeders of the NFC North for years until he was fired, once Brett Favre retired.

The Rams are ripe for a loss.
Now, that doesn't mean we are going to win. But we "can". Now, the question is "how?"
Well, obviously we need to contain Todd Gurley. Their WRs are ok not great, as Cooper Kupp is injured. Stop Gurley. Cover him. He's very effective as a receiver.
Now, on offense, doubleteam Aaron Donald almost all the time. Lotta quick passes. Feature 88 & 33 out of the backfield a lot.
And get a turnover or 2.

Healthy? The team does not play a healthy gameplan. And the loss of Wilkerson and Ryan does not help our run defense. But be that as it may, the team has little or no excuses. I don’t expect to win all the games. I just want to see them play better for all four quarters.

I am catching a flight tomorrow for the game in LA. I am hoping (praying) that Pack can somehow figure out how to slow down Todd Gurley. This one is going to be a tall task. I'll remain optimistic until I'm not and just hope the beer is cold at the Coliseum.

There's little doubt that GB has a fighting chance just because of AR at QB. --- However, the overall talent level clearly goes to the Rams. --- Plus, the game is in LA. --- The Pack have not won on the road yet this season & they haven't beaten a winning team either (at this point).

If the defense can keep Gurley to under 125 yards rushing and the gashes that are coming to the middle of the field and not fold in the red zone we've got a shot. I think the play of the defense will have to be what wins it for us this time. Rodgers in this game will have to create some kind of cushion early and hope the defense can defend it. With Jaire back maybe they'll be some swagger there to make that happen.

There is suffient enough talent on this team to take us to the big dance...and win it. We just need the head coach to step up and light a fire under everyone's ass...this team comes out so flat and prpredictable...it's embarrassing. We need coach to have that " junkyard dog " mentality from start to finish in these games

This is the big one this season for me. Everyone healty (I include Arod) and rested. Rams has been really great this season and I for one would just love to bring them down to earth. I remember when the Pack (was it 2011?) was going for the perfect season just to get our asses kicked by Chiefs.. I'm sure the Pack can win if we dont take stupid penalties and stop the run. Some turnovers would be helpful too.. GO PACK!
