"Rebuild" kind of misses the mark for me. What's happening is much bigger: GB is moving on to a whole new era of Packers football. But yes, regardless of what you call it, it's going to be f'ing awesome.

A great match. No matter which team wins or loses, it's going to be an eye-catching match.

Aaron, regarding african american Packers QB that started at least at preseason: Kizer, Hundley... plus Seneca Williams.

Your comment that “If you make the most of opportunities you will get more” struck a chord. That simply didn’t seem particularly true in recent years. I hope that the changes include making that aphorism truly appropriate in Green Bay.

I too am “excited” to begin to see what the future looks like. However, as excited as I am everyone needs to be a little more cautiously optimistic. Young players are a breath of fresh air. It’s the inexperienced signal caller that worries me. Yes he has to start somewhere. Is everyone down for 5-12 or 6-11? That is completely possible AR was 6-10 in year one. We need Love to show signs that he is the “guy”. That would be success. Remember Jordan Love (in college) had some big interception numbers. Anyone remember Favre? All part of the process and will require patience and losses.

Nags the other thing you mention was how impressed you were with Samori Toure. Unfortunately his stat line was 5 catches, 83 yards and 1TD. That is not much and frankly he didn’t play a whole hell of a lot. That’s on the staff. Hopefully, this year we let whatever receivers make the team LET THEM PLAY. We know very little about Toure. Let’s find out about these kids, win or lose.
