Interesting, I thought he would be gone. Certainly our best player. We could have a controlling run game if our O line was tougher.

Yes, who would have thought that our O line would be in "rough" shape and that Myers would be a big part of that? All the "we should have" talk was rampant after we selected Myers, when Creed Humphrey was there and went off the board, to the Chiefs, with the next pick. Is it possible that the Packers move Jenkins to Center? Maybe. I'm also interested to see what Bakhtiari does. Does he hang it up, if Rodgers leaves? Does he stay, if Love is our QB? Whatever happens, the guys we drafted for the OL spots, last year, like Sean Rhyan, Caleb Jones and Rasheed Walker, had better step up their game, or we could be in a world of hurt. Zach Tom and Yosh Nijman can play on the OL, so I am not too worried about them. Our OL coach has his work cut out for him.

Since it's mock draft season, I have noticed that RB Bijan Robinson, of Texas, would be available with the Packers pick at #15, if they wanted him. I don't know that Gute wants to draft a RB that high, but it's a possibility...Stranger things have happened. I think Dillon, Jones and Patrick Taylor are staying put, in GB. Yes Jones just restructured his contract, which he had to do, but I feel the running game is going to be a much bigger part of our offense, going forward. If Love is our QB, he will run that offense from under Center, which, IMO is better for our RBs, in both the run game and in catching passes out of the backfield. So, I would not be surprised if Gute drafts a capable RB, this draft, to augment our run game.
