Packers' Younger Players Made Biggest Impact

The veterans on the Packers might be the team's leaders, but it was the some of the youngest players on the team that got Green Bay to the Super Bowl.

In my newest weekly column, I look at the impact several of the Packers' first- and second-year players made on their way to the Super Bowl:

Not to minimize what the veterans mean to the Packers, but they played minor roles Sunday compared to the players who comprise the present and the future of the franchise.

The column appears in the Bliss Communications platform of publications including the Janesville Gazette, Janesville Messenger, Stateline News, Walworth County Today and Walworth County Sunday.

It also appears in the Reilly family of newspapers including the Dodgeville Chronicle, the Pecatonica Valley Leader and the Democrat Tribune of Mineral Point.

Follow the above link to read the column.

Before the comments about how rosy the future is, consider the NY Giants of 2007-8.
