Klincker,
Well good for you guys. Enjoy it. I had all the same feelings before I got my season tickets. (a very long wait)

Thanks IceBowl.
Its a dilemma, however.
The cost of tickets is outrageous. Do I spend over $250.00 for one ticket, for a pre-season game, and not have the full NFL experience, or, save that money, and spend the extra money and go back to Green Bay to watch the Packers in Lambeau? I can certainly hold off and not buy the tickets that go on sale on Saturday, and see if the price drops later in July/early August. The sense in Winnipeg, already, is that they have set the tickets waaaaayyyyy too high.

Well this was the worst kept secret of the year. We've known about this for weeks.
Don't really agree with forcing NFL teams to play in other countries, but if they have to do it at least it's relatively close to home.

It was the Raiders, who pursued this.
From their executive vice-president Dan Ventrelle:
"We wanted to play in a place that was modern and had the types of ammenities NFL fans would expect and are used to," said Ventrelle. "This place certainly has that. We wanted to play in a place that had an enthusiastic community, where fans rallied behind the team and really seemed to love football. That describes this community."
