Packers To Finally Receive Super Bowl Rings In June
After sitting in limbo for the last two months, the champs will finally receive their rings.

Most players in the National Football League will tell you they have worked their entire lives for a shot at a Super Bowl appearance. If and when it comes around, the Championship Rings that are given to the members of the victorious team are a symbol of all the hard work and sacrifice that have gone into the achieving that life-long goal.
And because of the labor battle between the NFL and the former players union, members of the Green Bay Packers had found themselves in limbo, waiting for word as to when they would be able to receive this cherished prize.
Until today.
Cheesehead TV has learned that Packers coaches and players will receive their Super Bowl rings on Thursday, June 16th.
On a related matter, there is no word yet as to when the team will visit President Obama in the White House, as is custom for the Super Bowl champs.
But you can bet that visit will be scheduled soon.
