Packers place four on reserve/COVID-19 list
The team also added one name to the the practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list.

Earlier today, the Packers placed G Ben Braden, LB Tipa Galeai, WR Amari Rodgers and LB Ty Summers on the reserve/COVID-19 list.
The team also placed DL RJ McIntosh on the practice squad reserve/COVID-19 list.
This comes after the team added MVS and Kevin King to the Covid list this past week.
Head coach Matt LaFleur indicated the team has altered some of their practice week already and may move to fully virtual meetings for the remainder of the week as they try to mitigate Covid's effect on the roster ahead of Sunday night's showdown with the Vikings.

Am I correct in understanding that the NFL administers Covid tests on a weekly basis, meaning that no other Packers are likely to miss the Vikings game?
This is already a crapshoot but could create a lot more league-wide anxiety when the playoffs roll around!

The NFL's current covid testing policy is lengthy, and you can read it here:

In my view, it is thorough and well thought out. The use of viral load tests in particular, the importance of which I mentioned here a week or so ago, is particularly wise and shows the very serious approach the league has adopted.
On the other hand, IMO there is one glaring flaw. Unvaxxed players are tested daily while vaxxed players are tested only when showing symptoms or voluntarily. It is very well documented that vaxxed people can become infected so we know that there are infected players on the field every week. Only the unvaxxed infected are suspended without symptoms.
With the assumption that the vaxx keeps the load down, allowing the vaxxed infected without symptoms to play presents no danger, but without a load test, the immediate suspension of unvaxxed players seems unfair to me. Several players have publicly made this point (Beasly and Rodgers and others).
I expect further revisions to this policy. This is more than a medical issue to the league-- there is the public image aspect and the league's general resistance to change-- but as knowledge and perceptions change, the policy will too.

Time for the Packers to call in Dr. Joe Rogan. And, Dr. Joe, while you’re here please fix Rodger’s toe. I’m sick of the weekly toe report.
