Lets hope its a bad joke or Gutt having some fun. This guy is poison. Had one good year and several injured ones. He brings nothing to the table and already said he want to be a receiver only not a running back so he would come with demands. No one needs that crap.
Just tell Rodgers to STFU and get ready for spring practice with the new guys.

Ok tough guy. So he's poison because he doesn't want to get beat up playing RB after the kind of season he just had. How can you blame him, the highest paid RBs make about 12 to 15 million a yr, whereas the best WRs are now getting up to 30 million a yr. Pretty simple math really. WRs have longer careers than RBs as well so it's just basic common sense when you think about it.
The guy is an explosive playmaker who would be well worth a 1st round pick considering the short window GB has left with Rodgers under contract. I would be all for trading for a guy like Deebo, AJ Brown or Terry McLaurin just to get another proven playmaker in the building and not have to rely on rookies producing at a high level right away.

Love Burks but there's no guarantee he will even be available at 22 let alone 28 and if you're willing to trade away another pick to move up and get him you might as well just trade for a guy that just produced 1400 yrs and 10+ TDs instead of hoping to get that kind of production out of a rookie.
