Packers Calendar: Nike Uniform Unveiling

Packers Calendar: Nike Uniform Unveiling

Now that Nike has taken over as the NFL's official apparel provider as of April 1, there will be an unveiling of the Packers' uniform and all those of all 32 teams in New York City today at 10:00 a.m. Eastern time.

Because of their reputation for supplying creative and perhaps eccentric Pro Combat uniforms for the University of Oregon and other colleges, there has been concern on behalf of some Packers fans that Green Bay's historic image will be changed.

While there may be minor changes, such as half a stripe down the length of the uniform's pants as opposed to a full stripe, Green Bay's iconic image will likely be largely unchanged.

This evening, wide receiver Donald Driver will once again make an appearance on ABC's Dancing With the Stars where one pair will be eliminated from the competition.

Dancing With The Stars airs at 8 p.m. Central time.

Big day in GB. Dancing and a fashion show! What is this, Vogue?

I just hope the pants are slimming. Wouldn't want Raji's ass to look big.

No. No. No.

No major changes as expected. Now the shoes are the same colors as the jersey instead of black or white. Nike's website is super slow right now.
